Say hello to your newest addiction!!! Heisenbrows Lab is a home based esthetic service providing Eyelash Extension, Lash Lift and Waxing services. Eyelash Extensions range between Light to Mega volume sets, with proper care, Eyelash Extension can last up to 4 - 6 weeks with refills recommended every 2 - 3 weeks to maintain a nice full look. A full set will take anywhere from 2- 2.5 hrs depending on the amount of natural lashes the client has. A refill will take anywhere from 1-1.5 hr. Heisenbrows Lab only takes new clients by referral only 18 years and older. All of our services are performed by fully licensed esthetician I cannot express my appreciation for the overwhelming amount of support throughout the past few years from all of my clients. With the new equipment and services we unfortunately cannot allow children or guests accompany you during your services anymore for safety reasons and to ensure the best quality of work is provided. Also if you are feeling sick, or not feeling well I kindly ask that you reschedule at least 8 hours prior to the beginning of your appointment time. Thank youBusiness Hours

Cancellation Policy
In consideration of the laws and regulations of the State of Hawaii, I hereby agree and acknowledge the following terms regarding appointment cancellations and "no-show" situations:
1. I understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and I kindly request that any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments be done at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time or may be charged 30% of the scheduled service.
2. In the event of a "no-show," where the appointment is missed without prior notification or online cancellation, I agree that my card will be charged for 100% of the scheduled service cost. Additionally, I may be required to make a full deposit towards future appointments.
3. I acknowledge the importance of carefully considering my schedule when booking appointments to avoid any potential scheduling conflicts.
By continuing with the appointment booking process, I hereby agree to these terms and conditions, understanding that they constitute a binding contractual agreement between myself and the service provider.
